The Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS) is a national education institution committed to the equitable, sustainable and efficient transformation of Indian settlements. The institution has set up an exclusive Youth Platform "Transform Urban India" to achieve sustainable transformation of Indian settlements.

IIHS, through Transform Urban India, is launching a Transform Urban India Webinar on a range of urbanization-related themes on the 3rd and 4th of February 2012.

The Webinar will consist of 3 sessions, each lasting for an hour. Each session will consist of a live web broadcast from IIHS' Bangalore and Delhi offices where experts on a chosen topic will interact with online participants. The experts will also hold presentations of their research work during the session and will hold Question & Answer sessions with online participants.

The experts who will be participating in the National Webinar include Prof. Vinod Vyasulu (Senior Research Advisor IIHS), Dr. H.S. Sudhira (IIHS) and Madhav Pai (EMBARQ), Sanjay Prakash (Senior Advisor, IIHS).
